Personal Assistant Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and driven part-time Personal Assistant for the management team of a technologies and consulting firm. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, ensuring our executive arrives at each appointment on time, organizing files, typing out letters and other communication, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, running errands, and performing other tasks in and out of the office as necessary. Candidates must have at least two years of personal assistant experience, a flexible schedule, a vehicle, and be able to meet tight deadlines.

Personal Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Plan and schedule meetings and events
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take action points and write minutes during meetings
  • Make copies, order lunch, and prepare rooms for meetings
  • Manage and review the filing and office systems
  • Order office supplies and equipment
  • Manage internal projects as assigned
  • Personal errands as assigned

Personal Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of professional administrative experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially excel) and common office equipment
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
